By using GigCircle (the "Service") you agree to these terms. GigCircle is part of the Circle family, operated by TekPal (Tekpal Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad).
GigCircle is a marketplace connecting people posting gigs, part-time work and tuitions with people looking for them in Hyderabad. Any pay, schedule, or work arrangement is agreed directly between the poster and the applicant; GigCircle is not a party to that agreement, does not process payments, and does not vet either side beyond phone verification via Circle ID.
GigCircle does not run background checks or verify the legitimacy of a gig or an applicant beyond the phone-verified Circle ID. Use judgment before meeting someone or starting work - report anything that looks like a scam.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading listings, and not to misuse the platform. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You can report a gig post or a user, and block a user, at any time from within the app. Blocking hides that person's posts and applications from you and yours from them.
